Between 1990 and 1991, he served as a legal adviser to the Nigerian Military Police battalion of the 31 Airborne Brigade of the Nigerian Army in Makurdi, Benue State.
In 1992, he was admitted to a foremost law firm in the Lagos State of Nigeria, where he acquired a detailed understanding of appellate litigation relating to administrative law, engineering contracts, compulsory land purchase orders, disputes of title to land, the administration of personal estates and commercial contracts.
Since his admission to Ayo-Kasumu & Company, he has been actively involved with the firm’s litigation portfolio comprising matters such as trade disputes, contractual liability, banking, commercial, industrial and residential leases, debt recovery, aviation, intellectual property and personal status matters such as immigration and matrimony. His in-house responsibilities include consulting on the negotiation, drafting and performance of Joint Venture Agreements, project finance and secured credit transactions.
A member of both the Nigerian and International Bar Associations, he is fluent in English and Yoruba languages while speaking French and conversational Spanish.
